SUPPORT FOR PARENTS

Parents are their child’s first best teacher. That's why we offer the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program to empower the parents of infants and toddlers (age 0-5) to be those “best teachers” during this critical stage of development.

Research shows that during their first few years, children are “learning sponges”: absorbing more knowledge more quickly than at any other stage in their lives. Guided by PAT’s friendly Parent Educators and its “Born to Learn” curriculum, parents learn ways to create a home environment that promotes school readiness. Life Services Parent Center is proud to offer this free, voluntary program that delivers proven results!
